HCL Domino Ideas Portal

Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Ability to hide "Send copy to" Rule action when "User rules mail forwarding" is set to Disabled.

Users still can create a rule that uses 'Send Copy To' when "User rules mail forwarding" is set to Disabled in Domino directory - Server Configuration document - Router/SMTP - Restrictions and Controls - Delivery Controls.

Forwarded messages does not send back a NDR and users will not get any indication that the message won't forward to the other user.

I request Notes to have an ability to hide 'Send copy to ' rule action to prevent users from creating a mail using a Send Copy To rule or an ability to show any indication that the message will not forward to the other user when "User rules mail forwarding" is set to Disabled.
