Disabling "Sign Sent Mail" and "Encrypt Sent Mail" using Desktop policy still allows users to change the options in User Security.

Enabling 'Sign sent mail' and 'Encrypt sent mail' and select 'Set value and prevent changes' in Desktop policy to enforce users to Sign and Encrypt sending messages.

The Policy with the Desktop policy is assigned to users but still allows users to change the options in File > Security > User Security > Mail.

This is very serious problem because Notes/Domino cannot enforce users to Sign and Encrypt sending messages.

Strongly request Notes to have an ability for end users to prevent from changing Mail options in User Security.
