Extend filename and directory length limit

Currently if filename and directory total length is larger than 255 characters, attachment filename is getting cut during Save All or Save attachment in Notes.

If you Drag & Drop same Notes attachment to same folder - filename appear properly. So it looks like an Notes limit described here:

Please extend this limit since most OS support large file paths today.

    Yes. For Windows, one need to rewrite some functions to unicode, then files with 32767 characters can be used (for absolute paths).
