Notes Calendar: Status available/not available - Add one more possibility: "Home-Office" as only available on the phone or video conferencing

There are two status possibilities for calendar entries at the moment:

not available (standard) and "mark as available".

These control the free time of a person, so that other people can see, if the person is avaible for a meeting or not.

It would be great to have a third possibility: "Home-Office".

Other people could see, that the person is available, but only reachable via phone or video conferencing. The person is not physically available.

    We totally support this idea! It would also be nice, if the scheduler would display this in a different color, e.g. yellow if the person is marked as e.g. "home office".

    Suggestion: Convert the checkbox "Mark available" into a radio button providing three values: "Not available" (default), "Available for physical meetings", "Available for online meetings". The third option would cover any situation where a virtual presence is possible -- including the case when a user is working from the home office.
