Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Ideally we would like certain words like 'OrganizationName', '123', etc to be blocked in use of passwords as users generally tend to use simple to remember combinations even though complicated as per policy. eg. Mycompany@123... here I would like to block the word 'mycompany' from being used in a password.
Additionally there could be an option to disallow Dictionary Words to strengthen the Password Policy.
As for the long list of passwords, the same may be controlled by qty in nos or any other means feasible in Notes.
can you provide examples of which keywords you do not want to allow?
Also, would the list of keywords get extremely long because you probably want to include almost all words that exist in a dictionary, or?
