Disable section "Who can read this document" for View and Form in mode "Read"

Also, I'd like to change behaviour of this section - when I am changing value in section data in field "$Readers" is changing too, but form is not saving

All of these are necessary, because today user can set "wrong value" in readers item and hide document from himself.

For example, user can hide memo in his mailbox

    Adding a custom variable in Client notes.ini would solve the problem of hiding/showing this section.

    I would put in the database properties the ability to turn on and off the ability to add $ Readers to the document. If the base is simple, and you can let the users steer themselves, let it be. And if the base is not easy and access to the workflow is tied, you have removed the flag in the properties.
