Add server name to left navigation pane of an open database

In the left navigation pane is the name of the database and the list of views. Under the name of the database should be what server the database was opened from. The only way to determine which server it's from is to check the database properties. I have modified all the apps I've created to include the server. All system dbs should also display the server.

    The developer of system databases is HCL.

    Displaying the server name in the navigator frame is the responsibility of the developer. So you can already do this now.
