Allow mal file delegation to multiple users at once

Allow mal file delegation to multiple users at once.

In current release, Delegation setting in mail file can add only one user at once.

It is inconvenient and user friendless.

Steps:

1. Open mail file and Click [Tool]-[Preferences]

2. Click [Add Person or Group] on [Access & Delegation]-[Access to Your Mail & Calendar]

3. Select [Enter or choose a user/group] of [1 Enter the name of the person or group to whom you want to grant access to your mail file] in [Add People/Group]

4. Click ▼and Open [Select Name]

5. We can't select multiple users in this dialog.
