Person form in local names.nsf does not have the ability to enter Corporate Hierarchy level

Unlike person document in the public name & address book, the person form in the personal name and address book does not have a field to enter corporate hierarchy level.

Therefore, when you open ($PeopleGroupsCorpHier) view in your PAB, the registered contact information categorizes under

"*No Corporate Hierarchy Specified*", nevertheless, when you click on the "Address" button from memo form, it still has the ability to display PeopleGroupsCorpHier view in your PAB.

Moreover, when the user have huge number of contact information registered to their PAB, the ability to categorize under Corporate Hierarchy level is quite essential.

*By obtaining contact information from the NAB with those person documents that has the corporate hierarchy level specified, the registered contact information will successfully be categorized in the PeopleGroupsCorpHier view. Though, this is not the issue

Many users want to manage external users in their personal address book.
But current release, "Notes name hierarchy" and "Corporate hierarchy" are not useful for external users, and it lists only last/first name as flat. There is no other column to identify users in there.

The customer expected that the list of addresses by Company name if they choose "Corporate hierarchy" .

Do you really want to >manually< maintain the corporate hierarchy level in your personal mail file ?
In a corporate context administrators can provide a (mobile) directory catalog with all information so that individual users can have this as local replica and the corporate hierarchy is maintained automatically.

If you are looking for an address book to story our external contacts incl. corporate hierarchy, you can also create a new (local) database using the pubnames.ntf template and configure this as your secondary (local) address book.
