Change contact form for Japanese Notes Client

This is applicable Only to Japanese Client and not for the English Client.

Previous Notes version 9.0.x and 10.0.x, there was an item (field) read by the company name on the personal address book (Refer attached Notes 9 contact form file).

HCL Notes® 11 has a simplified, user-oriented look. The Contact Form has been changed in Notes 11.0.x. This is specification change. (Refer attached Notes 11.0.x contact form file).

Please refer below information.

https://help.hcltechsw.com/notes/11.0.0/nl/ja/new_contact_form.html

However, in the Personal Address Book, there is a "Company Name View" that is categorized by reading kana, so we would like you to improve the view so that we can input the reading kana of the company name.

For example, if the company name is in kanji, it is only displayed in "All" and not by category.

Thanks !!

    @Thomas Hampel

    Notes 11.0.x names.nsf does not have the feature to single out Company Contacts by Index when Company names starts with Japanese because CompanyNameYomi field is not available in 11.0.1 pernames.ntf.

    Please find NTS-I-1658.pdf that shows screenshots of Notes 901 names.nsf and Notes 11.0.1 names.nsf.

    Could you change the status of this NTS-I-1658?

    Thanks!

    Can not reproduce the problem you are describing here. See the attached screenshot where it does work as requested in the idea:
