I'm sure there is a universal challenge for managers and such to keep tabs on tasks allocated to individuals and teams. I have considered for some time creating a company/team/dept To Do application so that all members of the team can access it (rather than the personal mail template To Do) and see at a glance, who is responsible for what task and the status, days over due, etc of that task. I just haven't got round to it as it is at the bottom of my To Do list!
Maybe the Team Room Template could be updated to add this type of functionality, it is not too far away.
