You can successfully delete the Client Builds on the Person Documents as documented in the article below.

However, the Client Builds were not updated in the person documents. After further investigation, it was found out that the Notes.ini parameter DYNINFOCR_ was not deleted on the local notes.ini of the users.

Customer does not want to go through all of the user's machine to delete the Note.ini manually. This ER is also being tracked via SPR YNABA22VFZ.
