Delegate a calendar entry to another attendee to control the meeting for vacations, schedule conflicts, etc.

In many cases, repeating meetings are still held even when the meeting owner is out of the office on vacation, or needs to attend a different call. It would make calendar management easier if the owner could designate someone else as the owner of specific meetings, so that they could add/remove attendees, change the time, or cancel the meeting when the original owner is not available to do so. Too often when the owner of a calendar event is OOO, the call gets cancelled or rescheduled, and there is no easy way to change it on the attendees' calendars.
