Allow Server Access for Notes IDs with Multiple Passwords

Domino allows to create Notes user ids with multiple passwords. This is usually required to follow the four-eyes principle.

However, for "normal users" we enabled "Enforce Password Expiration" in the security policy, which forces setting "Check password on Notes id file" to be 'yes'. With that settings, IDs with multiple passwords cannot access the server any more!

This must be fixed! Why allowing to create IDs with multiple passwords, when they can only be used if other security settings must be disabled?
