Blocking Access To Local Replica in Notes Client

Blocking access to local replica is not possible as of now, the data is already available in the local machine, if the end user have the ID file, he can still access the local copy .

We don't have any control on local replica .... user can access the local copy but couldn't send/receive(or) connect to server with this.

Hence if this feature is enabled in notes client it will be more secure.

    The Notes client is designed to provide offline access. To restrict to acces the local replica, the client will need to connect to the server in order to verify if local access is still allowed. This can only be done with a network connection and is in conflict with the propuse to work offline.

    Declaring this feature to be "Shipped" because you can prevent the creation of new local replicas by removing the ACL flag "Replicate or copy documents"
