I want to use the Language drop down box and can choose it from the tookbars menu.
the Language drop box appears under the first row of toolbar icons, so I bring it up to the top row to save screen space.
(As a side issue: I would prefer to incoprporate it in the Editing toolbar but that seems not to be possible).
When I restart the client the language box is back on its own second row.
Result is I dont use the language toolbar as it is too annoying to keep moving it about

This issue is know since 9.0.1 FP7 - until then it worked.
And there are other 'idea' entries here, asking for this to fix too
And since then NOBODY feels responsible about!!!
