Show the design elements' left margin set in the Form by default when opening Document in Notes Client

Default left margin for Notes document is 1 inch, in order to force its Print Layout/Preview from the Notes Client to less than 1 inch left margin, we'd have to change the left margin of the design elements (e.g. table) in the Form.

However, when the document is opened on Notes Client, left portion of the content gets cut on the screen and horizontal scrollbar would appear to be maxed to the left already. To workaround this, we'd have to literally click or move the horizontal scrollbar so we can scroll to the left in maximum to be able to see the contents' (design elements') set left margin in the Form. Hence we'd prefer to display the content showing the set left margin by default once we open the document in Notes Client.
