When trying to build a search on the inbox using the "fields" button, there are close to 100 individual fields in the drop down available for selection.
This makes no sense as an end user user experience. You cannot even type to search ahead, you HAVE to scroll.
Try to search for the term "subject". It looks like you need to scroll through 50 "S" entries before you find the word.
Obviously an end user is not going search through all of those fields and I suspect most users will be unaware of what fields would make sense from a search point of view.
Please add a method of tagging form fields so that the search builder can be smarter when creating search terms.
One method would be to add a pre-check "Can Search?" check box against the item.
An alternate method would be use a specially named profile document which could contain the names of searchable fields,
