Allow administrator to use older design and layout for calendar form using a notes.ini parameter

The UI does not reorganize itself in a useable way when R11 mail template is used on a standard 14" laptop screen. The date columns just do not shrink enough to make the mandatory invitee fields visible on the main part of the screen. However, it works great on the older version templates like R9. So it will be great if we allow administrator to use older design and layout for calendar form using a notes.ini parameter.

    + what screen resolution are you using?
