It would in general be very helpful to have drag and drop events in views to be able to add any custom code in there. These should also be triggered in embededded views.
Not what are asking for, but maybe a workaround: drag&drop in the Notes Client works for outline entries. So with the right application layout, you could drag documents onto a text placed right above the Kanban views.
