An user selects multiple rooms with different capacity while creating a calendar meeting.
Now, if user puts number of recipients greater than the individual capacity of different rooms then in this case meeting is sent successfully without any error
and the multiple rooms are also booked (although no room is capable to accomodate all the people).
However, the sender/chairpeson receives warning mails for each room saying "WARNING! Capacity exceeded: test max user booking room".
Please consider if Notes client can notify sender/chairperson in advance while he/she is adding people in meeting that number of recipients exceed individual capacity of different conference rooms. With this information, the sender/chairperson can select a different room which can accomodate all the people.
