User want to view DXL format files with a dedicated tool.

User want to export Notes document to DXL format and view it.
In Notes/Domino/Domino Designer, DXL format files can be viewed in a browser, but there are no functions or tools to view them like Notes documents.

There is also no function to convert DXL format to PDF format.

User want the ability for a dedicated tool to view DXL files.
