HCL Domino Online Meeting Integration - Should include further informations such as telephone number, country code etc in the meeting invitations.

From Notes 12.0.1 and later, users can generate a dynamic link to meetings on the following services - GoToMeeting, Teams, WebEx, Zoom, and Sametime.

However, only the link to the appointment is inserted in the meeting invitations.

HCL Should plan to include further information such as telephone number, country code, etc in the future along with the dynamic URLs into meeting invitations.

    Hi.

    Yes, totally agree. Additionally, as only the meeting link is added al least when using Zoom, such entry is currently not viewable in Verse mobile client, so mobile users need to login vea web in order to get the link and be able to join the meeting.

    The additional information should be included in the message body, and/or in the Location field.
