Restore the ability to create/design Forms using the Notes client

The Notes client already has the ability to create views.
All that Citizen Developers need now is the ability to create forms.
Those two design elements are what empowered end users and created the demand for more skilled developers to step in and turn those apps created by end users into shared business apps.
Citizen Developers don't ask I.T. departments to give them Volt. They are creative explorers. If they don't find it in Notes, then it doesn't exist to them and they won't champion the product. Put in menu options for creating agents or other design elements, but when clicked on, it displays a screen that says "You need the full Designer Client to use this feature".

There is no reason end users shouldn't be able to create personal productivity databases just like they create documents and spreadsheets.

Get Notes back to its roots that made it so successful.

Why clutter the Notes Client with stuff that "might" be used?

If a person needs to access the design elements, then give them Domino Designer.

If this was actually done, you'll have a mess in your existing apps.

I don't think that this is the right way or even more: Databases clicked by amateurs 30 years ago still are one of the main reasons that people think Domino is outdated.

If something like this should be implemented, a forms and view designer should come with a template to put these apps into some kind of design scheme that make them at least a little attractive to see and use.
