We can talk about themes, but I think this should be a preference and not a notes.ini.
The higher definion of the icons in 12.0.1 is a really great addition, sadly this is lost as all users are complaining about the lack of defination without edges and difficulty in seeing the database they need. Also as the tab colour can be changed it would be good to change the workspace background too, the plain background is rather bleak!
