Improve Mail Mood Stamps & Letterhead

I think Mail Mood stamps are perfect both in the Mail Folder and in the body of the email, other than they are cumbersome to add to the email as a result hardly anyone uses them,  it needs to be one or two clicks, and there should be a few more. They should be kept business like however, not emoticons etc.

 

Letterheads are great, but it should be easier to add new ones to give a corporate image.

 

Small details like this make a major difference in perception.

    Thanks. Bear in mind though a forum such as this represents the techies, it is not representative of the users. Take for example the number one voted idea, great idea, but most users wouldn't have a clue about it.

    True, rolling out a custom mail template is a significant effort. if elements like this are customizable it would be way easier. Lets see how this idea will be voted on...

    Yep totally understand we can re engineer the standard template, we have done it for years. The point was to make it easier to add nice functionality at the admin/user level thus hammer the competition rather than the designer level.

    Corporate letterheads can be applied using a custom mail template.
