Silently uninstall Notes even without msi file due to removal of installation files after Notes install

When installing Notes and selecting the default option "Unpack the files used to perform the installation to a temporary location, and automatically remove these files after the setup is complete. Select this option if you are not planning to run the setup again later.", there will be no msi file. This will not make the silent uninstall of Notes client successful because this silent uninstall option is only available if you have the msi, since it calls a cmd in the msi.
