Functionality to disable keyboard shortcuts in HCL Notes

Request new functionality in HCL Notes to disable keyboard shortcuts.

Currently no such functionality is available in HCL Notes. Accessibility features are handled at the OS level. they do not want to disable the shortcuts at the OS level as it can affect other applications.

It has been reported as SPR:VNTR89K4DG. but it hasn't been implemented yet.

We want to be able to disable the Esc key as an exit. This key is used frequently in Revit and Autocad as a return to a neutral state and we constantly close Notes applications with it by accident.

Making keyboard shortcuts editable / changable would be a great help. E.g. <Ctrl><N> for a new database is quite useless, because users rarely create new databases.

It would be great to have an "editor" to change these shortcuts. Different functions are useful for different users. that do not have keyboard shortcuts yet. E.g. application developers probably need other functions, than a manager who only uses his/her mailbox.
