Print all documents in view

In the print dialog in the Notes Client, there is an option to print all documents in view (What to Print section). Unfortunately this option is always grayed out.

According to KB0086281 there are no plans to enable this option. Activating the option avoids the user to select all documents first and then print 'selected documents', which is a bit strange when one wants to print all.

On the other hand, if there is a valid reason to avoid using this option, it should be removed from the dialog.
