Show database icon image in the list of applications

Only the title is displayed in the current application list (Ctrl + O and catalog.nsf). We can easily recognize not only the title but also the database icon.

When I have to identify a person from people having same first and last names in the address book, I think that there is a photograph.

Similarly, I think that it is easy to distinguish if there is a graphical image (icon) on the list of applications.

The db icon option could be addied to the Application Library template for published applications.  Regular users shouldn't have to Press Ctrl+O and hunt down server lists and folders to locate an application.  DB links or published application lists (that are pushed out as part of policy) are far more friendly and easier to use..
