Allow switching between Right-to-Left and Left-to-Right text format in general in a mixed language document.

Creating a document using the native language Hebrew where the text format is set to right to left and adding text in English in between the Hebrew paragraphs will cause formatting issues. The English text appears okay as you type as it enters in left to right format. However, when you put texts in bullet form, the bullet icons are on the right side of the English texts.

The navigation keys on the keyboard work in the opposite direction wherein pressing left arrow moves the cursor one character right. In fact, adding an exclamation was entered at the opposite side of the text.
