Encryption UI if you Copy a DB should be streamlined

Hi there,

each time I create a sample or test DB for i.e. the HCL support, I first create a local DB and ... its automatically encrypted and... it does not ask me whether I would like to have it encrypted and it even does not tell me that it has been encrypted.

This is not efficient at all and it took me already quite some time.

Please change the dialog for a new DB copy in a way that the user is asked whether the db should be encrypted or not. Or create a creation dialog where the user can see all(!) parameters used for the creation of the DB.
