Allow UI Update of RichText Fields

Allow changes to a RichText field on a back-end document to be shown in the front-end document without closing and re-opening the front-end document.

It is very, very hard to create dynamic user interfaces containing dynamic content in the Notes client. The inability to easily update a RichText field and have those changes shown in the UI is a huge hinderance and one that I find myself often trying to work around.

    Yeah, this is a long-standing issue, which has been around ever since I first came in touch with Notes back in the last century. I hope it can be fixed without re-writing a whole lot of code (but am afraid it cannot).
