Create PDF via LotusScript from NotesDocument Object Merged

As we move away from using the Notes client to other solutions (Nomad, browser-based apps, XPages, etc) we still need the ability for users to create PDFs from our custom applications.

Currently this is done via "printing" either by user interaction or programmatically using plugins (e.g., IntelliPrint). We need a completely programmatic and server-based way to create high-fidelity documents/letters based on NotesDocument objects and Form design elements from these browser based clients.

These server-created letters still need to adhere to normal "printed" features like page numbering, header and footers, paper size, well-defined margins, etc.
