Administrator sets in User One's person document forwarding address field
UserTwo's email address while he/she was Out of the Office. Administrator then removed forwarding address from UserOne's
person document but his/her emails are still getting forwarded to UserTwo.
With recent contacts feature enabled in the Notes client, the forwarding address is stored in the recent contacts and not his/her original email
address. When the forwarding address is then remove from the person document the entry in the recent contacts is still accessed and does not
get updated with the current information.
Customer does not want users to have to do the changes manually but would like contacts to be updated automatically when forwarding is removed so is the recent contact. Would like process to be seamless to users.
