Please stay mail icon in the system tray even if the Inbox is open

In 9.0 and older releases, the system tray icon was designed to display when new mail arrives when the mail database is closed within the Notes Client or when the focus is in a different tab within the Notes Client. Hence, if the Inbox is open, and the Notes Client minimized, the system tray will appear and immediately disappear.

According to the following article, this is work as designed. But please consider changing the behavior to stay mail icon in the system tray even if the Inbox is open.
