Restriction should be in a way as not able to get the account name when composing email or notes client showing restricted message.

    No. Able to receive mails from the internet but not able to receive incoming mails from internal users.

    Just making sure that we have understood your request correctly:
    You want to be able to receive mail from the internet, but do not want to be able to send mails to the internet ?
