Display the "By Relevance" value by default in "Show Results" field above search bar in the view.

The requirement is to set the "By Relevance" as a default value in the "Show Results" field above the search bar in the view.

It would be nice if the Administrator could set the default, even force it, via policy. I only use "Sorted like current view". I almost never use the other options.
