DOMI - Possibility to use Teams/Zoom/... - Credentials through an assistant/secretary

Even in the oldest versions of DOMI there was a readerfield with the role [domiAdmins]. We had the hope, that it would be possible to delegate the DOMI Credentials to an assistant or secretary, so that they can schedule online meetings as they schedule normal meetings for their manager. That is not working.

It would be great to create a possibility to share the credentials to others, that use the mailfile / calendar.

    Hi,

    as listening to the HCL Domino 'Danube' 12.0.2 Launch Webinar I found out that this idea is already shipped in the mailfile template 12.0.2.
    You can close this idea as implemented.
