HCL Domino Ideas Portal

Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

When drag & drop an attachment from one computed RTF to another RTF, the source attachment should not be lost.

When you drag & drop an attachment from one computed RTF to another RTF, the source attachment will be lost, like "moving". The compute formular of the computed RTF is itself. Its content is uploaded via LotusScript.

According to traditional user experience, the content of a computed field cannot be changed by end user.

This case will cause the attached files in the document to be processed cross-process. Others have permission to use the drag and drop method to drag the files attached by others to another attached file field. They can be deleted and the file will be deleted. For the problem of missing internal files, please ask the original HCL manufacturer to provide a solution.
