Repeating Meeting Is Still Being Created After "Limit Advance Reservation" Is Set On The Resource Database

Steps to reproduce

1. Set the "Limit advance reservation" of a room to 30 days

(Example Room Test)

2. Create a repeating meeting for 5 weeks and book the "Room

Test" Since the repeating meeting is for 5 weeks, it will not

meet the criteria of the "Limit advance reservation" which is

30 days

3. Chair will receive a notification stating that the room is

not booked but the meeting will still show in the calendar of

the chair and invitees

• Currently, this feature is working as designed because the Limit advanced Reservations is not meant to cancel any meeting but only prevent from booking a room

• Fixing this issue will prevent confusion on both Chair's and Invitees' end
