Additional search parameter to find mail sender directly

In my support work it is very difficult to teach the user how to search in Notes, because often the background knowledge is missing. A recurring question is: "Why can't I just find the mails of the person I am looking for? In this case, the mails are also displayed where the person you are looking for is listed in copy. This is extremely confusing for the user, because it is not recognizable at first sight.

My suggestion is to extend the search filter option and add "sender field" as a checkbox. The filter pass could then simply be "[From] Contains (Jon Doe/Org)". (see attachment)

Yes I know that this is all possible. But a standard user uses the search box as he is used to from his cell phone. The point here is to improve the intuitive operation of a "non Notes professional".
