Thank you for pointing that out. We use a combination of the client, webmail and Verse for the phone.
Thomas: FYI - Forward as Attachment is only in the notes client. This is not available in Verse so users are not able to perform that type of forward for this purpose.
Have you looked at using the Forward as Attachment so it generates the EML file that can be submitted? You could setup a mail-in database for things like spam@your-domain.com that can take action against messages?
Reports to IT. Removes the need for the user to forward emails and reduces risk of opening/clicking on attachments in the process.
