Workspace Tabs - mouse over - MUST NEVER bring Notes into foreground

Since Notes 12 the left side Workspace Tab immediately moves Notes client into the foreground (active application).

Bad behaviour for, since it's not common on windows.

AND

To bring back the former application into forground (active), you need to DOUBLE click it's window or taskbar button.

In case of Notes Admin window there is NO CHANCE to just click the window
You need to click the applicaton top bar to get it back to work

Please remove this strange bahavior from Notes client asap!
