Eliminate modal dialog box for alarm settings on calendar entries and display them directly on the form

The alarm settings for a calendar entry have 3 problems:

1. They are not displayed directly on the calendar entry form. They can only be viewed or edited by clicking the bell icon.

2. The tiny bell icon is small and not obvious that that is where to click to view and edit the alarm settings.

3. the alarm settings use a modal dialog box which prevents looking at other things while it is open.

Solution: Eliminate the modal dialog box and display the alarm settings directly on the calendar form in a concise manner; make them directly editable on the calendar form; and make them similar in appearance to the date/time settings for the event.
