Restore the Workspace as the default homepage

The workspace look and feel is what people are now accustomed to on their touch screen devices. Yet around the same time iPhones and Android phones were making the workspace look/feel popular, Notes moved away from it toward bookmarks which are a mess.
Also, from a helpdesk support perspective, the workspace is the only certain way to quickly and easily guide users to specific features. Bring the workspace back as the default.

If you have been working with Notes from the days when the Workspace was Notes, you'll know what I'm talking about.
