Increase the text length for application titles on the workspace

Since upgrading to 12.0.2 I can no longer see the whole of the Application title on lots of icons on my workspace. This makes it difficult to see at a glance which icon is for which application. Especially if your title ends with a version number which is never visible.

Ideally the length of the text showing should go back to what it was in earlier versions. An "upgrade" shouldn't break existing functionality.

The title is displayed, sometimes, if you hover over the icon but this only works randomly. And even if it did work it is not as useful as seeing all titles at a glance.
