Make "additional options" list searchable in Preferences dialog

Under File/Preferences/Basic Notes Client Configuration please make the list of "Additional options" searchable with text field that would filter the list. For example: if I enter the word "MIME" I would like the list to show only the options that include the word MIME anywhere in their name.
Currently the list of additional options is quite long and they are sorted in what seems to be a random order, they are not even sorted alphabetically. It's hard to find a given option on this long list. Of course this kind of filtering should work for all national language versions of Notes client.
