Merge or sync calendars of two Notes ID's

A user has been given two Notes IDs. Their requirement is to merge or sync both calendars from those two Notes ID's so that the user can only see one calendar and have all the meeting details.

    Why just add the second calender as a 'Notes Application calender' or 'other person's Notes calendar' in the first calender?

    so you see the Appointments of both calendars in one calendar
