Allow streaming large size videos directly from Notes Client Merged

One can attach video file in a rich text field using Notes Client.

Other user (with proper access) can access that video in two ways (Refer to screenshot attached)-->

1. Directly open it.

2. Save the video and then view it.

Option one at times creates problem when video file of large size are referenced directly using Notes Client. It takes too much time or Notes Client freezes on performing this action.

The requirement is to allow users to view video data stored in Notes simply by clicking on it irrespective of the size.
